At AstroVastuStores, we take special care to pack and ship your spiritual products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within [1-2 business days] after successful payment.

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order weight/size
- Chosen shipping method
- We may offer Free Shipping on orders above [₹ 1299] or during special promotions (terms will be mentioned on the website).
- Any Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be shown separately at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number / tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable)
- The name of the courier partner
You can use this tracking ID to follow your shipment’s progress on the courier’s website/app.
If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in more than one package with separate tracking numbers.
6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code and mobile number are correct at the time of placing the order.
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or unreachable phone numbers.
- If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect address / repeated delivery attempts failed:
- We may contact you to re-ship the order.
- Re-shipping charges may apply, payable by the customer.
7. Delivery Attempts & COD Orders
Our courier partner will usually make [2] delivery attempts.
- For Prepaid orders: If the courier cannot reach you or deliver despite several attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
- For COD orders (if applicable):
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Repeated refusal to accept COD parcels may lead to restrictions on future COD orders from your account.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to ship on time, deliveries may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control, such as:
- Natural calamities, extreme weather, or accidents
- Strikes, lockdowns, or transport restrictions
- Festivals, holidays, or courier backlogs
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
In such cases, we request your patience and will support you in tracking and updating you about your order status.
9. Damaged, Tampered or Open Package
We pack your spiritual products carefully to maintain their sanctity and safety.
If you receive a parcel that appears:
- Opened or tampered
- Severely damaged
Please:
- Do not accept the delivery, or ask the delivery person to note the issue.
- Take clear photos/videos of the package from all sides.
- Contact us immediately with your Order ID and the media.
If you discover product damage after opening the parcel, please report it within [1 hours/days] of delivery, with photos/videos. Our team will review and guide you as per our Refund & Return Policy.
10. International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international orders (if offered):
- Delivery times may be longer due to customs checks and international transit.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges (if applicable in your country) are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
Please check your country’s import rules before placing an order.
11. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:
- Check with family members, neighbors, or your building/security desk.
- Verify the delivery address in your order.
- Contact the courier using the tracking details.
- If still unresolved, reach out to us with your Order ID and tracking number.
We will coordinate with the courier to investigate. Resolution may take [2-4 business days], depending on the case.
